Children sleeping in a single bed tent near a hotel in Wayfairs new home, in Melbourne’s south-west, have been sleeping in it for about five months, the company said.
The company said it was taking the issue seriously and was reviewing its processes.
It has said it is looking at the issue and would be updating the policy with more details later in the week.
Wayfair has a new hotel in Melbourne with rooms for more than 100 guests, and has also announced a new single-room hotel in Sydney.
