Full Bedrooms are a dime a dozen, and that’s the case for this 4-bedroom apartment in Toronto.
Built in 2014, the four-bedroom, three-bathroom unit is located on the third floor of a three-storey building on Dundas Street West.
It was originally slated to be sold to a developer, but instead it’s being offered on a lease, and the owner is hoping to sell it as a condo.
“The whole concept is very exciting, and a little bit of a shock to the system,” says architect Richard Levesque, who has been working on the project for the last six years.
Levesques work has been featured in numerous publications, including Architectural Digest, the Toronto Star, the CBC, and CBC News.
The 4-bed unit features a three bedroom, two-bath bathroom on the ground floor, a living room with a queen-sized bed and two-and-a-half bathrooms, a large kitchen, and two large bedrooms.
The bathroom is separated from the main living room by a sliding glass door, making it accessible from both the outside and inside, while the other bedrooms are also separated from each other by a large glass door.
The unit is designed to be as quiet as possible, and it also includes a laundry room with an additional shower, a hot tub, and even a private backyard patio with a balcony.
While it does have a built-in toilet, the units bathroom does not have a sink.
The building is currently listed for sale on a CondoCondo website.
It is currently located at 905 Dundas St., at 541 Queen St., and on Airbnb.com.
